The Centre for Culture and Sustainable Development (CCSD) Gbi-Kpoeta, a community-based organisation dedicated to promoting culture, sustainable development, environmental conservation, and youth empowerment, has successfully organised a poetry competition for pupils of Gbi Kpoeta M.A. Basic School. The event formed part of activities to commemorate World Poetry Day, highlighting the importance of creative expression in education.
The competition was held in collaboration with Lorlornyo 93.3 FM, bringing together pupils from various levels to celebrate the art of poetry. As a UNESCO Club initiative, the program sought to promote literacy, creativity, and cultural expression while nurturing the talents of young learners within the community.
