The Centre for Culture and Sustainable Development (CCSD), a community-based organisation has collaborated with residents of Gbi Kpoeta in the Hohoe Municipality of the Volta Region to hold a community cleanup exercise.
Togbe Adom Dake X, President of CCSD disclosed to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) that the exercise was in line with the Sustainable Development Goal 6 which was important because sanitation made society habitable.
He said the exercise was also in fulfilment with plans by the Hohoe Municipal Assembly to keep the Municipality, the cleanest nationwide.
